    Eoghan runs Intercom. Previously, he founded Contrast, a software design consultancy, and Exceptional, a developer toolkit acquired by Rackspace in 2011.
  • Des Traynor, Chief Strategy & Co-founder

    Des leads product strategy, marketing, customer support and customer education. Previously, he co-founded Exceptional, and was a UX designer for web apps.
  • Ciaran Lee, CTO & Co-founder

    Ciaran runs Intercom’s engineering infrastructure, and keeps Intercom available, secure, and performant. Previously, he was CTO of Exceptional.
  • Karen Peacock, Chief Operating Officer

    At Intercom, Karen focuses on growth and delivering an outstanding customer experience at scale. She was previously Intuit’s SVP of Small Business.
  • Shane Murphy-Reuter, SVP of Marketing

    Shane leads Intercom’s marketing team. In his career he’s worked across a variety of industries, including telecom, gaming and marketing.
  • LB Harvey, SVP of Sales & Support

    LB leads Intercom’s customer-facing teams, including sales and support. She previously led LinkedIn’s North American New Customer Acquisition Business.
  • Paul Adams, SVP of Product

    Paul oversees Intercom’s product, design and research teams. Previously, he worked in brand, product and UX design at Facebook, Google, YouTube and Dyson.
  • Darragh Curran, VP of Engineering

    Darragh leads Intercom’s engineering team. Previously, he worked at Amazon and software design consultancy Contrast.
  • Matt Hodges, VP of Commercial Product Strategy

    Matt focuses on bridging Intercom’s commercial and product strategy. He was Intercom’s first marketer and helped grow the team from the ground up.
  • Chris Tobin, VP of People

    Chris leads Intercom’s operations, recruiting and workplace experience teams. Previously, he held HR leadership roles at Affirm, and Sun Microsystems.
  • Bobby Pinero, Sr. Dir. of Finance & Analytics

    Bobby leads Intercom’s finance and analytics teams. Previously, he oversaw financial reporting for Inflection, and led forecasting for IBM’s services business.
